Video Playback Freezes - Mojave 10.14
Try using a different browser (Firefox) or a different media player (VLC or MPlayer X)and see if this happens. I am assuming that you are using Safari and QuickTime Player.

Passwords in Chrome
Additionally to @abdul's answer, you can use Firefox to import from Chrome and have a backup of the passwords. You can view all your passwords in Firefox as well.
