I found 9666/tcp to listen on 127.0.0.1 on OS X. I use version 15.3.0

What's that? Any more details? With Google I found no info about this port and Jdownloader.

Basically it's a port JDownloader is listening to to make browser integration easier (aka you can add an extension to your favorite browser which then passes URLs to JDownloader for downloading).
