@mmmmmm The Desktop and Downloads folders are connected with my old Mac, but the Documents folder is not. The Documents folder of my old Mac is backed up by Dropbox, but that in my new Mac is not.

@Tetsujin "Resume Downloads" does not work. iTunes will attempt to download, but before long the downloads are stopped.

Appreciate! However, the Configure was already set to Automatically and I am not able to adjust the Speed, which shows 100baseTX. The issue seems like something else.
