I need Need to get a legacy version of an iOS app

I bought a camera that requires anworks with a companion iOS app which wontwon't run on my iPhone because its4 running iOS 7 so.1.2. I need to get an older version of the said app but. I have searched on the whole internetInternet and havent foundcouldn't find it. 

The app name is v380v380. How cando I get it for iOS 7?
