@Allan you're right, though I have some solutions they all are far from perfect and I will be happy to hear about better ways of setting this up. Maybe there are better places to ask about this matter but really know just about this one. Right after posting this comment couple of bindings made via BetterTouchTool just stopped working again. That's what I'm talking about.
