Transfer iPhone contacts to iCloud or Mac
To Sync an iPhone With New Mac just:
Quit iTunes on both Macs
Disconnect your iPhone from both Macs
Open the Home folder
Copy iTunes directory from the old computer to the new one located at: ~/Music … Application Support/MobileSync/
Also copy over iTunes Preferences files located at: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.plist
Launch iTunes in the new Mac up
Authorize your Mac to Apple Server
Connect your iPhone …
