How to use Cocoa Emacs as editor for Mutt
I'm taking yet another run at Emacs. I've installed Cocoa Emacs, and so far so good. Now I'd like to use Cocoa Emacs as my editor for Mutt. … When I've found anything about using emacs with Mutt it's always been a very complicated explanaition.
Surely there is a simple way to get emacs to do this?
Thanks,
John V. …

Cocoa emacs -- open in current space?
Unfortunately, cocoa emacs 24.1 (9.0), even when using emacsclient (I do a server start in my init.el file) always opens a document or email response in the space emacs was originally started in. … Aquamacs seems better behaved in this respect, but I prefer cocoa emacs.
Is there a way to change this behavior?
Best,

Of course the emacs that comes with Lion is 22.1.1. … I installed the current emacs cocoa on my iMac, but it doesn't run in a terminal.
Is there a terminal version of 24 precompiled for OS X? Or is compiling it straightforward? …
