I think you are trying to find out what is draining the battery during the sleep.
There is no such thing as sleep without dreaming :)
There is no hibernation mode without some activity.
There are 3d party apps like DeepSleep that you might be interested in.
Safe Sleep for example means it will save the RAM information to the disk (safe) while the RAM stays fully powered, and it does not stop it from performing maintenance tasks and others.
What you need to do is to find what is going on, (what is your Mac dream off during the sleep).
For that open the Console and type wake
in the search window.
Or even better way is pmset -g log
in Terminal.
Then look and the nightly hours (during the Sleep).
That will possibly tell you what is going on, and then you can decide what to do about it.
