I'm trying to find a solution to fast forward a track in Music app while it is minimised and while i'm working on another app. I got some ideas from Keyboard Maestro but not sure if the steps are right.

I have received the following script and asked to create an applescript but for some reasons it's not working:

set A to {} tell application "QuickTime Player" to if it is running and (playing of documents contains true) then set end of A to "QuickTime Player" tell application "Music" to if it is running and (player state is playing) then set end of A to "Music" tell application "Spotify" to if it is running and (player state is playing) then set end of A to "Spotify" tell application "VLC" to if it is running and playing then set end of A to "VLC" A

Is there anything wrong here?

I also could not save the script in the Applescript editor.
