Ok so i I logged my icloud out of iCloud on my phoneiPhone and now it wontwon't let me log back in

The password is correct and it doesn't even say its wrong, it just says verifying. Instead I get a verifying message and then doesn't logit never logs in. 

I'm not sure what the issue is because my phoneiPhone literally just goes back to the log in screen after it says verifying and that's it.

How can I troubleshoot this?
