I'm a hybrid UX/UI designer and front-end developer that loves creating minimal, usable websites and web apps.

Most people would agree with the saying, "If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself." Well, that's what I learned quickly on in my design career. Learning how to code out my designs has helped me not only bring my designs to life in the way I envisioned, but it also drastically speeds up development time as there's less need for documentation and mockups to spell things out for the developers. As I've learned more Javascript and React, it has also enabled me to fix a lot of the UX issues I spot that would otherwise never be prioritized, making the website/app feel that much more polished and professional.

I'm constantly growing and I don't let a job title limit what I do or learn. I adapt and fill in the needs of the job I'm working on. Whether that be doing visual or UI design, front-end development, creating brand identity and guidelines, or doing research and usability studies to validate designs.

Design without purpose is merely decoration. I design to not only solve problems, but to create an enjoyable experience.
