Javier brings over 18 years of experience in leading technology teams. He has a wide breadth of expertise including but not limited to programming, systems / software / database architecture, server / cloud administration and team management. He specializes in languages such as PHP, Ruby, ASP/ASP.NET, HTML and Javascript. He has a background in Java, C++ and AS/400 develpment. His experience includes extensive work creating static/dynamic web sites, complex data-driven web applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), streaming video and social applications. Throughout his career, he has been in the forefront of the development of multiple systems working on all facets of leadership, management, programming, implementation and support.

Javier has lead and executed multiple successful projects for varying clients such as Allergan, Amgen, Teva, Krossover, Deloitte, Teva Women's Health Care, Teva Respiratory, King Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, Merck, United Water Suez, NBA, JP Morgan Chase, Euro RSCG, McCann, Eisai, Galderma, Wipro Industries, Shionogi Pharmaceuticals and Stryker.

He considers himself more of a sports participant than spectator, particularly regarding basketball.
