Not much to tell. I'm a computer tech who lives in a bad market, and has made some bad decisions. As such, I'm stuck at a call center. My only form of escape is through doing what I can to help the tech community by answering questions. I'm working to change this, but not holding my breath.

I've been using computers since I was 6, and am familiar with everything from DOS 5.22 through Windows 8.1, Mac OS X, as well as multiple Linux distros, although I prefer Ubuntu out of them all.

I'm not a master of Ubuntu by any means, but when I have an answer, I'll help as much as possible.
