Currently I work as a team leader for interoperability for health data at Eviden. I have been head of bioinformatics at several genomic companies and research centers and spent 10 years at Genome Campus, Cambridge-UK (both Sanger and EBI) as a computer biologist.

I have a Zoology and genomics degree, a master in evolutionary genetics, a PhD in genomics of cardiovascular disease, a PostDoc in human genetics and a degree in biostatistics.

I create software applications for genetic analysis and genomic visualization for solving clinical and research problems.

Experience in sysadmin, mysql, oracle, Neo4j, Python, R, Perl and modern javascript.
