While I was with Apple for six and a half years, I have a ton of experience with Apple hardware, but my software knowledge has a few gaps. I'm having to learn from the ground up about OS X Server, NetRestore, AppleScript, Bash Script and a whole lot more.

In truth, I don't really have anyone in my organization I can turn to, so I seek the wisdom of the Internets.
