Used to work for Apple's Enterprise customer support. Know the drill, but do not know the latest developments.

Also, do not ask me for Apple-internal information as I will not answer them, due to I a) possibly do not know them, and b) cannot discuss them.

Beyond that, I have my own Mac server and privately explore all aspects of the OS (including command line and scripting).
