Thanks for the followup! skywalkctl status tells me it is not enabled, further evidence to ignore it.

Simply that many devices have some companion software to configure/tweak it and that software is often Windows-only, excluding Linux too. We don't use Windows at all.

Thanks for the prompt answer @jksoegaard! I appreciate your thoughts on the whole setup - one alternative is to just connect the display to the computers and use a wireless keyboard/mouse which supports multiple devices, but there are few options for Mac.

Is console.log() valid inside of Script Editor? Doesn't work for me.

Did you double-check that Prefs > General > On Startup matches Prefs > Profiles > [Default] ? This catches me out every time.

Are you using Node or some other scripting environment? Please tell us how you are invoking this code plus what does console.log(Application("Photos")) output?

Looks interesting but it's a little expensive for how many times we'd use it.
