Wake your mac. If all monitors are "online", skip to last step (step 4).
Once you see the login screen in one of the monitors, press 'Esc' to lock/"sleep" it again. Wait for 2 sec …

That Lenovo TB3 box has 2 DP (display port) and one HDMI port:
