Quite often this type of command, using keys with *punctuation* rather than just letters, is language-dependant. Also, quite often, the physical key is in the same place as it would be in English, making the actual keystroke generated different. Here are common examples of key-stroke *types* where the generated character changes, but the position remains the same.
