A solution for locking a browser with a password/passcode on iPhone?

Is there a way to make a Web browser on iPhone 11 Pro other than Safari to be lockable with a password or a passcode? That is, when you launch the browser, a password is required; the browser opens only if you enter the correct password. The password isn’t asked again while the browser remains open, even in the background. If you close the browser app, then it will ask for the password at the next launch.

Maybe there is a dedicated browser app with this feature, or an extension for some popular iOS browser (again, other than Safari)?

I look for a solution for the whole browser and not for selected websites. I know the Screen Time workaround, but it’s really awkward in my case. This awkwardness could be justified by the versality, since Screen Time works for any iPhone app. But I need to lock only a Web browser, and not even any browser.
