I would like to ask if there is a software in windows that will make the file transfer between both devices easier? I have tried iMazing. Its kinda great but the problem is, when i am transferring files from my pc to iphone, (videos) to be exact, it doesnt transfer all files that i need. I suspect its the format i guess (.mkv). Thank you.
