Notification center on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch) and OS X (>= 10.8) is where you can see all of your notifications in one place. On iOS it can be pulled down from the top of the device by sliding your finger down from the top of the screen, on OS X it can be opened by clicking on the top right corner.
