Dictation seems to have a dependency on internet connection. When I'm walking around talking to my phone, when internet connection changes between different Wi-Fi access points, mobile data, or no connection at all, dictation freezes for long periods of time.
How can I stop that happening? Even if it decreases the accuracy, I want all dictation to always be done locally. Never use the internet.
Or at least, another solution to stop dictation from just not working when my current internet connection is being unreliable or I'm on the move.
