I'm having issue on Ventura 13.2.1 dual boot, that I've never had before. I'm trying to prevent my Windows OS drive from mounting. The tried and true method is not working for my Windows OS NVME drive but is working fine for my SATA storage drive.

I have two different systems and on both I am unable to prevent my Windows OS drive from mounting. It's driving me crazy.
How can I prevent my Windows drive from automatically mounting?
