Other than Chrome, it also happened for different Python processes I have been working on. I have been noticing this for the last few days. Once it stops working for a certain process, it keeps like that until I turn off and on the WiFi. It is not a cache issue as I was able to test it pretty thoroughly. I have NordVPN installed but it is not open or active. My device is a MacBook M1 Max 32GB.
Is this a new bug in the OS? I did update to the latest version last week.
