Globally change colors in Pages document

Question

I need to experiment with various color schemes for a pages document. I want to find all instances of a certain color and change it to something else. I am using various color in table cell backgrounds, etc. Is there a way to do this in the pages app, or perhaps using find and replace on the actual pages file in the terminal.
