The icon for my vscode application looks scrambled is there a way to return it back to normal?

I noticed my vscode icon looks odd.

What I did so far:

1. Reset my computer -> Result: Icon still looks scrambled
2. Turned off my computer -> Result: Icon still looks scrambled
3. Update my apps and my computer -> Result: Icon still looks scrambled
4. Uninstalled the app and fully deleted it properly -> Result: Icon still looks scrambled
5. Googled the problem. The few answers I could find recommended do step 1-4 I mentioned above -> Result: Icon still looks scrambled

Any idea how I could fix this or can y'all direct me to a tutorial that gives an alternative solution from the 4 options I listed above.
