I recently got an Steelseries Aerox 3 mouse (wired), and whenever I try to use it, my MacBook Pro (2018) starts to lag an insane amount. I also have an Apex 5 keyboard plugged in, but I can unplug the mouse and the computer will work fine. I talked to my dad about it (it’s his profession), and we couldn’t seem to find anything about it. Personally, I think it’s the CPU, as there is a parental control app tray always running in the background. Any suggestions?
I’m running Big Sur 11.1 if it helps any.
