I have a feeling this is a new bug in macOS, but could also be to do with some misconfiguration on my machine. As this worked until recently. I'm on macOS 10.15.7 (19H2).

I use the Finder's Connect to Server feature to VNC to client machines. In the past this use to be able to resolve aliases defined in my ~/.ssh/config e.g. vnc://myalias. This no longer appears to work and I need to use the full remote host uri i.e. vnc://username@x.x.x.x.

The ~/.ssh/config appears to be valid, I can ssh myalias fine from the command line, just not via the Finder. Also applications such as VSCode and Transmit which both integrate in some way with the ~/.ssh/config also seem to behave as expected.

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same or knows how I can go about debugging the issue? Maybe get at some of the Finder logs?

Thanks
