I asked about this a while back, and finally decided to go ahead and rebuild the fusion drive. The Mac is a Mini, it came with a fusion drive but the original hard drive failed so I swapped it out for an SSD, rebuilt the drive and everything was OK. Now I can't remember what I did to get it working. Also, to my shame, I do not recall if the new disk is 1 TB or 2 TB. Apologies for including a photo since I obviously can't screenshot.

In the photo, the error message is (I think) because I tried to partition, and it failed. And there are three disks listed there, when I think I should only have two. What's the third one? Is it the 'Internet recovery' live image or something?

I have been trying to follow the instructions here, but without success.

Would someone be so kind as to tell me 1. how I hose everything (I have a TimeMachine backup), and 2. how I go about recreating a fusion disk on which I can reinstall? And if someone can enlighten me to as why 2 x 1 TB disks are listed...?
