I'm using CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 dock with a 13" 2020 MacBook Pro.

Everything is working nicely, except that when the Macbook goes to sleep, the dock does too, and I can't wake the Mac using external keyboard or mouse. Since I use my computer in clamshell mode at home, when connected to the dock, it's really not convenient.

It seems that the Mac will not draw power from the dock when asleep, and thus is not able to wake up using external devices. I have some USB hubs connected to the dock, when I power it up, the Mac & the dock power on. So this is how I wake my computer right now. Not so elegant...

Someone mentioned a similar problem, and disabling Apple's Power Nap feature seems to have solved it. In my case, it hasn't. Any ideas ? Not sure which of the computer or the dock is to blame.
