In iOS 13 is there a way for a map link in a Google app to either open the address/coordinates in Google Maps or properly open Apple Maps to the location in the link that invoked it rather than opening Apple Maps to my current location only? This is painfully unhelpful to the point of being obstructive.

I can manage it if the fact is that iOS makes it impossible for even a Google App to invoke Google Maps when following a map link, but the fact that Apple Maps is deaf to receiving address data in a map link when followed from Chrome or the eponymous Google App is unacceptable. Since this seems to be the default config as all my devices behave like this.

Is anyone aware of a fix, configuration, or other workaround other than resigning to using Safari for all browsing?
