I replaced the battery of my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) with an aftermarket battery. While I am happy with the capacity of 6538 mAh and the the 4 hours working time, I am disappointed with the charging speed.

Charging takes at least as long as discharging. For example from 50% to 100% in 2 hours. The battery charges with maximum 30 Watts, and drops to 7 Watt when reaching 93-96%. The MBP is connected to an original Apple 85 Watt charger.

Is this a common thing with aftermarket batteries?
