After delaying many times the upgrade of High Sierra to Mojave, now the Mojave upgrade notification does no more pop up since more than one month or two, and it does not show up in App Store Update panel neither. Other software updates still pop up.

I could simply download and install it but I am not sure that it will preserve files and configurations as it usually does for system upgrades, for instance installer asks for target disk while updates do not ask.

Is there a way to restore the Mojave update notification, or any way to get and start the update, or any other suitable method ?

My configuration : High Sierra apfs macbook pro mid 2014
