Trying to make up more space to download XCode 11 (the .xip file won't expand because there "wasn't enough space"), I've deleted XCode 10 and foolishly followed this article by doing:

sudo rm -rf /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/Swift_2.3.xctoolchain

rm -rf ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/iOS\ DeviceSupport/

rm -rf ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/*

I also of course deleted XCode 10 (I'm not a professional developer and actually rarely use XCode). But then after I got the xcode-beta package out of the xip file, running it gave the following error:

"Required content for platform tv OS simulator is missing. Re-install Xcode"

I have then installed XCode 10 from the Mac App Store, but even after that XC 11 won't run. Restarting doesn't help. I've scoured the web for similar problems and solutions but no matter what I do Xcode 11 beta does not even start and shows this error.
