I've been getting really slow startups for a few months, after un/reinstalling for a different issue. Checked the console log and something (or several things) is/are clearly wrong. 2016 Macbook Pro, Mojave 10.14.5; XQuartz 2.7.11. I'm in over my head, any help is appreciated.

Console log:
