I have my old files organized in a directory structure like "{album artist} - {album title} (year)" and I would like to upgrade all 128kbps tracks to 256kbps. I already tried the available method using Smart Playlist, delete and re-download, but iTunes place the files in their own, different directory and under different directory structure {iTunes Music} \ {album artist} \ {album title}.

Can you recommend some method which would directly replace the old matching mp3 by m4a in the existing directory structure?
