I am using a 2016 Macbook Pro running Mojave. On iTunes, the Library, For You, Browse, and Radio sections work just fine. However, clicking the iTunes store results in this:

enter image description here

The Music, Podcasts and Audiobooks tabs give me the same white page, and occasionally the bottom will say "No Items". The Movies and TV Shows tabs give me a black page. I can access the store on Safari, but I can't buy anything without loading iTunes.

I've had this problem for a while now, at least since El Capitan IIRC. It hasn't been fixed after upgrading macOS. Any tips would be appreciated.

  • It looks like you are the first one to receive the ultimate evolution of iTunes. Its very clear from watching Apple iTunes that Apples plan was/is to invent an awesome platform for music and then through a succession of "updates" remove all of the things that make it great, remove the ability for the user to customize and remove the ease of use factor. So ultimately you get nothing. – Alaska Man Apr 5 '19 at 20:44
