- I know there is a way to scan a document with Continuity Camera directly in Finder from the Action menu, but that creates a Letter size PDF with the scanned document in the middle and blank padding. Dimensions are not captured.
- Same thing in Notes app captures the document with correct aspect ratio and without blank padding, but to get it as is without converting to PDF with blank padding is to double click the captured image in Notes and drag the thumbnail to Finder (creates a jpeg file). Dimensions are not captured either.
- I also know Apple's AR, which Continuity Camera is built with, is capable of capturing object dimensions.
Is there a way to have Finder capture a PDF using Continuity Camera without blank padding and with correct document dimensions?
