I have a 2018 MAcBook Pro i use to program in University. Whenever i do this, i use Eclipse IDE and it takes from 95 to 100% of my CPU, which sometimes leads to my fans to be loud although the pc isnt overheating. What can i do to stop this ?

Sounds like the computer is working as designed. Eclipse when indexing or compiling likes to use the CPU to produce a fast result which needs CPU power which disapates power as heat which requires cooling by the fans. Use a lower powered slower computer which does things slower like a Macbook Air – Mark Mar 20 at 9:09
