A while back, one of my USB ports on my 2017 non-TB macbook pro stopped working. I went to the apple store and the guy told me nothing other than “you should’ve gotten apple care”, so I just went without using that port. Well today the other port crapped out, and I cant seem to charge the laptop or use any of the USB ports now. I tried a PRAM reset, an SMC reset, and a different charger, and nothing; it still doesn’t work. I am not sure what to do next. The laptop is out of warranty and has no apple care.

Your logic board has failed. You will either need to replace the logic board, buy a new unit, or you can try this guy in NYC: rossmanngroup.com I've used his services before and he does really good work. – Allan Feb 13 at 6:07
