I have a number of email accounts and calendar accounts, including an Exchange calendar. When someone invites me to an event via my Exchange email address, it shows up correctly on my Exchange calendar. However, when I get an invite on my other email accounts I would like the default calendar to be my iCloud.
Are there any settings that map email addresses to specific calendars, or at least a way of setting the default calendar? There are default calendar options on iOS but I can't find any on macOS.
