I want to record my blood pressure in the Apple Health app. According to this document, I should:

  1. Open the Health app and tap the Health Data tab.
  2. Tap a health category, like Vitals.

I don't see any "Vitals". When I tap "Health Data", the top says "Body Measurements". I see sections for:

  • "This Year", with big boxes for Height and Weight
  • "Recommended Apps"
  • "No Recorded Data", with Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Lean Body Mass, and Waist Circumference

What is this document talking about? How do I get to "Vitals"? I tried all the tabs, and I can't find it anywhere.

I'm running iOS 12.0.1 (16404). The document says "Published Date: October 12, 2018" so it should be for the latest version, too.
