I'm rephrasing the question posted some months ago as the issue is still there.

When receiving SMS messages from automated services (BlaBlaCar, Bank, Commodities etc.) seems there is a "fake" sender name with no real phone number that cannot be saved as a contact on iPhone. This way it's impossible to add a photo or customize SMS sound for that service, and they always appear with the generic "person" icon.

Some details, Senders name is shown but when you click for more info... Some details, Senders name is shown but when you click for more info...

No data! No way to save as a new contact, the saved contact is empty and cannot be linked to the messages No data! No way to save as a new contact, the saved contact is empty and cannot be linked to the messages

This has been always the same at least since iOS 10 and it's really annoying as you cannot customize ringtones for specific senders - sometimes you just want them muted.

You think of any workaround possible?? (sorry for the Italian screenshots)
