My MacBook Pro early 2011 has stopped booting. Starting in Verbose mode, it boots no further than "vm_swap_create_file failed@ 74 secs"

I have backed up all my data early today as I was able to access the SSD via Windows. I am now looking for a way to reinstall macOS but cannot do much at the moment. Disk Utility's methods all fail and installation over the internet can´t be done due to my proxy at work.

Is there a way to restore via the Sierra.app with the command line?

Any suggestion would be grateful.
