Is there a dock for the IPod iPod Touch 4th Gen that takesdock with AC/USB or USB power and allows for audio-out out?

I have scoured the internet looking for a dock that will allow me to charge the IPodan iPod Touch 4th4th Gen and also give mewhich includes a jack to connect it to an external stereo system.

I understand this can be accomplished by pluggingwith a standard USB chargercharging cable (plugged into a USB AC-AC converter) and get a male-to-male audio cable, but I'd like a classier way of docking the IPodiPod.
