@knzhou I blocked it in /etc/hosts by adding the line 127.0.0.1 ocsp.apple.com . That will stop the revocation checks each time you try to launch an app.

After rebooting, none of the applications on the Dock will open (or open very slowly). It just sits there and bounces. I'm running disk check now but will turn off internet to see if it's the same as your problem. | |
