How to code-sign my python script / package packaged for mac using pyinstaller without using xcode?

I have written a python script and bundled it using the PyInstaller.

My script works fine as a py file and it also works fine after the packaging. II got build and dist folder and the executable file inside the dist folder works fine. No problems in that

When I distributed the package (copied the package to another mac system) There it does not works.

On searching for the solution found that it needs to be code signed.

I have not developed the script using the xcode and I don't know how to code sign the application without xcode.
