Feb 21, 2020 at 20:37 comment added Gordon Davisson The .ooss extension indicates you got hit by the STOP (djvu) ransomware; in some cases (when it used an "offline" key), it's possible to decrypt the files without paying the ransom. (Although if you have a backup, that's an even better option.) First, remove the malware from the PC (see recommendations here), then try Emsisoft's decryptor and see if it can recover your files.
