Hello there,

I downloaded the OpenJDK 13 from the official website and extracted it to my /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/ folder if. If I now try to run it with java -version I get a prompt saying something around the lines of "MacOs"macOS can't verify it is not a Virus" and asks me if I want to delete it or cancel.

  • The Tar's Checksum matches the one from the Website.
  • I used sudosudo in oderorder to move the folder, otherwise iI got access denied
  • Running java as sudosudo changes nothing

Any ideas ? Or should I revert to the Oracle JDK ason how I don't intendcan get OpenJDK 13 to make any profitinstall on MacOS Catalina?
